1. Terms and Conditions

1.1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Trackon Titan application ("App"), operated by Trackon Couriers Pvt. Ltd. ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1.2 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use this App.

1.3 User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

1.4 Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App to:

• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation.
• Upload, transmit, or share content that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
• Exploit, harm, or attempt to exploit or harm minors in any way, including exposing them to inappropriate content.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's servers, networks, or security features.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App, except where permitted by law.

1.5 User-Generated Content

If the App allows you to post, upload, or share content ("User Content"), you retain ownership of your User Content, but grant Trackon Couriers Pvt. Ltd. a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and display it solely for operating and improving the App. We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms or applicable law, including content that endangers or sexualizes minors, at any time and without prior notice.

1.6 Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property displayed within the App (excluding User Content) are the property of Trackon Couriers Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or brand assets without prior written consent.

1.7 Subscriptions and Payments (if applicable)

The App does not require payment or a paid subscription.

1.8 Third-Party Services

The App may integrate with third-party services (e.g. maps, analytics, notification providers). Your use of such services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies, which we encourage you to review.

1.9 Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

1.10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trackon Couriers Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.

1.11 Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be harmful to other users, third parties, or our business interests.

1.12 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

1.13 Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via in-app notice or email. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Account and Data Deletion Policy

In the Trackon Titan App, we do not allow users to create, manage, or delete accounts, as the app is only for internal customers, which are maintained at Trackon ERP.
