Receivers can collect the consignment from the nearest hub after contacting it. If not, then the consignments of no-service areas are returned to the booking origin.

Receivers must mention about the damaged condition upon signing the proof of delivery. Damaged consignments are mostly prohibited items. Please check prohibited items before making a booking. Additionally, we do not repack consignments, hence, any damage because of ill-packed consignments is not borne by Trackon.

Government authorities seize various transport vehicles to keep a check of consignments. They scrutinize consignments for missing documentation and hold them back. Consignments with documentation which checks out with the department is subsequently released. This process takes time as the department picks up a whole lot rather than individual consignments.
